Every once in a while there’s an artist who kind of blows your mind. Tariq’s style of rendering illustrations and portraits in typography is nothing short of breathtaking. Tariq is on Behance, on Flickr, and you can check out his personal website as well.

Granted, a chair isn’t exactly a pixel-based creation, but can you imagine a waiting room in a design agency filled with chairs like this? The Symbol is available in all the colours of the rainbow (mostly) as well the timeless classic, Greyscale. Too bad the website’s in Italian.

Paris-born digital artist Raphaël Lacoste is the man behind such well-known video game covers as Assassin’s Creed & Prince of Persia, which both won awards.
