Typography, photography, sidewalk art and even a Twitter Tip!

Fancy Captcha (jQuery)

This is a very neat take on the Captcha — intended to stop spam and phishing. This one is pretty cool — it works by using a simple drag-and-drop check to make sure you’re not really a smapbot.

Twitter Tip #1

When you post a tweet, use hashtags (a keyword preceded by the pound sign) appropriately. The reason this works is because hashtags are indexed by certain Twitter indices and are more apt to show up when people search on Twitter. Also, the retweet factor higher for hashtags. Twitterbots will cull the latest tweets for tags for certain topics (#Apple, #iPhone, #screensaver, etc). Twitterbots will pick these up and automatically retweet them for their, at times, hundreds of followers. You can really increase traffic by using hashtags.
